Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once authorized, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
